Who is responsible for your data

myGTMplan is a product of Rea Marketing, a trading name of The Sales Generator Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 02482094. The Sales Generator Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here.

You can reach us at info@mygtmplan.co.uk or on +44 (0)20 8265 9718, and we will always reply to a question about your data.

What we collect

The enquiry form on this site asks for four things. Three are required and one is optional:

• Your name — required
• Your company — required
• Your email address — required
• Your comments — optional, and entirely up to you what you put in it

That is the complete list. We do not ask for a phone number, a job title, or anything else, and there are no hidden fields collecting information you cannot see.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use what you send for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and to carry on that conversation if you want to have one.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you have contacted a business about its services, and replying to you is the reasonable and expected consequence of that. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

Who else sees it

No third party processes your enquiry. The form posts directly to this website's own server, which emails it to us and writes it to a log file on the same machine. There is no form service, no automation platform and no CRM in the middle.

The server, our mailbox and the log all sit in the same datacentre in Amsterdam, in the European Economic Area, hosted by Namecheap. The UK recognises the EEA as providing an adequate level of data protection, so nothing you send us leaves that protection and no additional transfer safeguards are needed.

Nobody else receives your details. We do not pass them to advertisers, data brokers or any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. If we go on to work together, your details are kept for as long as the engagement needs and then in line with our normal business record keeping.

A copy is also written to a log file on our server as a safeguard against email failure. That is deleted on the same 24 month cycle.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time, and we will.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording. Nothing is stored in your browser.

The fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited. There are no embedded videos, chat widgets or social media scripts.

That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.

Server logs

Like any website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs, which will include your IP address, the pages you requested and the time you requested them. These are kept for security and to diagnose faults, not to identify or track individual visitors.

This site is hosted by Namecheap from a datacentre in Amsterdam, in the European Economic Area. The UK recognises the EEA as providing an adequate level of data protection, so no additional safeguards are needed for the log data held there. Logs are deleted on our host's normal cycle.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
• have anything inaccurate corrected
• have your data deleted
• ask us to restrict how we use it
• object to our using it on the basis of legitimate interests
• ask for it in a portable format

Email info@mygtmplan.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can put it right.

Changes to this policy

If this site starts doing something different with your data — if analytics are added, for instance — this page will be updated before that happens, and the date at the top will change.
